another 21-day challenge

Well, it looks like I’m a little obsessed with these 21-Day challenges. First it was the 21-Day No Junk Food Challenge, and now it’s Redbook’s Strong Sexy You 21-Day Challenge. 21-Day Challenges give me the feeling of accomplishment, and the Redbook Challenge is said to be “deceptively simple, but gets serious results”, and I like that in a challenge. If only someone would create a 21-Day Paper Grading Challenge. Anyway, this challenge looks like it’s just what I need to get a jumpstart on my summer body. Thanks to Redbook we can all be stronger and sexier in just 21 days.
